Questions/exercises too easy to delete and too difficult to reorder questions

Dear Papeez staff:

your application is very useful but:

1. it should ask you an additional confirmation to delete questions and exercises: it is extremely easy to click the delete button by mistake and lose your question.

2. Also an undo button

2. It should also allow numerically to change the order of questions - drag and drop is difficult and often does not work.
